So I don't know if this is a lost cause but I wanted to ask for everyone's help. I am going to the National Championship (everything is booked) but I'm still in need of 3 tickets. As you're all aware, tickets on StubHub are just too expensive. I wanted to see if anyone knows anyone that are selling tickets for the game?? Also, if you have contacts with one of the sponsors (Frito-Lay, Dr Pepper, etc.) maybe you could ask one of them. I'm not looking to sell my first born for these tickets but I am looking to get them at a reasonable price. Please let me know if anyone can help me out.

Again I'm looking for 3 tickets to the National Championship. If anyone can help me locate some I would be extremely appreciative. War Eagle!

November's DFW SEC Mixer will be at Gingerman, 2718 Boll Street in Uptown Dallas. As usual, it's at 6:00 pm on the third Thursday of the month, which in November is the 18th. This Mixer will be the second annual Canned Food Drive so be sure to come out and help those less fortunate than you. Details will follow as the event gets nearer.

The next DFW SEC Mixer is Thursday, October 21, starting at 6:00 pm. The host school is Ole Miss and there will be a costume contest! It can be a school-related costume or not -- either way there's a $50 gift certificate up for grabs. Location is TABC (Thomas Avenue Beverage Co.), 2901 Thomas Avenue, Dallas. What time is the new SEC Mixer? Do the other clubs know about the change because it still says Sherlocks on the SEC/DFW website?
