Foster the Auburn Spirit
Each chartered Auburn Club exists to support Auburn University and
to foster the Auburn spirit in every way. |

Meeting Requirements
Each chartered club shall meet, whether formally or informally, at
least twice per year to maintain its charter. |

Officer Requirements
Each officer and board member of the local club shall be an active
dues paying member of the Auburn Alumni Association. |
| 4 |
Club Leadership Conference
Each chartered club shall have at least one representative at the
annual Club Leadership Conference. |
| 5 |
Club Projects
Each chartered Club shall adopt a project, which would serve (1)
Auburn University and/or (2) the local community. |

Club Scholarship
Each chartered club is encouraged to become involved in the
scholarship program by providing a partial or full scholarship in
the name of the club. |

Reporting to Alumni Affairs
Each chartered club shall return all completed reports and forms
promptly to the Auburn Club Program. |

Mail Requirements
Each chartered club shall use the annual club card mailing for the
meeting in which a speaker is provided by the Auburn Alumni
Association. |

Auburn Alumni Association Membership
Each chartered club shall actively solicit membership in the Auburn
Alumni Association. |

Speaker Scheduling Requirements
Each chartered club must contact the Office of Alumni Affairs for
the scheduling of university speakers for local club events. |
