By joining this site, you agree that you have read and are willing to abide by the following guidelines:
1. Use your real name. Not only will this allow for classmates and club members to identify and communicate with you, it also aids in creating a community to spark ideas, communication and collaboration.
2. Use a picture of YOU for your profile. Your profile photo should be a recent picture of yourself, to help others find and recognize you; also creating a community environment.
3. Be respectful of others. Sexist, racist and other discriminatory comments or images will be removed immediately. Users are free to discuss topics and disagree with one another, but please be respectful of others’ opinions.
4. Keep it clean. Do not post material that reflects poorly on the Auburn Alumni Association, Auburn Clubs or Auburn University. The Auburn Alumni Association reserves the right to delete any content deemed offensive or inappropriate.
5. Keep it Auburn related. The goal of this network is to create a hub of interaction within and among the Auburn alumni clubs. We encourage you to contribute to the site, so long as the contributions are relevant and appropriate to Auburn University and its alumni.
6. Don’t spam. You are encouraged to use the space as a platform to share information about your personal work and achievements, as well as the work and achievements of your club.
7. NO SOLICITATIONS. Commercial advertisements, solicitations and promotions are not allowed.
8. Communicate. We encourage open discussion among alumni, within and across the different clubs. Please share club related ideas, suggestions and other appropriate content.
9. Club Pages. In an effort to stay unified, all group club pages should contain the following information: mission and/or vision, goals, how to get involved, a way to contact an officer should someone request more information. The graphic used for each club should be the state with the star in the area of the location of the respective club.
10. Photography. Auburn Alumni Association may use photography posted to the network to promote the association. Credit will be given where information is available. If you do not wish for us to use your photography please send written notification.

We reserve the right to revise and extend these guidelines as the site grows and we learn the best practices to follow. We also reserve the right to remove a member who refuses to abide by these guidelines.
