Ashton Richardson, former AU linebacker and Rhodes Scholar, will be visiting Hayes Middle School to help us cook as a part of "Food 4 Thought" this Thursday!Food 4 Thought is an after school program that teaches 7th graders from low-income homes nutrition and cooking skills while re-enforcing the math skills they learn in class. The Bluegrass Auburn Club board is proposing we plant 10 new oak seedlings in memory of the mighty Toomers Oaks right here in Kentucky! We will obtain a membership in the Arbor Day Foundation and request the oak trees. Is anyone interested in helping us plant them? We have some suggestions of locations.
