Auburn Invites Alumni to Enjoy Homecoming Festivities

So, you’re headed to Auburn this weekend. Maybe you’re hoping to see if the campus has changed, catch up with some old friends or see a decent football game. While you’re in town, you might as well make the most of your time.

There are always fun events happening on Auburn University’s campus during Homecoming and this year is no exception. Several colleges and departments are welcoming alumni to join their festivities on Saturday.

The College of Engineering and the Harrison School of Pharmacy are each having their own tailgates before the Samford vs. Auburn football game. The College of Liberal Arts’ Department of Communication and Journalism will also have a tailgate open to students, alumni and faculty.

On Friday night, dance the night away at the MAIN Event. The Minority Alumni Involvement Now invites members to enjoy hors d’oeuvres and live entertainment with friends and alumni.

Our favorite recommendation will be sure to awaken your Auburn spirit. For a traditional Auburn experience, join the Alumni Association at the Alumni Hospitality Tent for food, fellowship and a guaranteed Aubie appearance.

Whether you hope to run in to college classmates, network with potential employers or just enjoy fantastic food, we are sure you will enjoy your trip to Auburn for Homecoming 2011.
